1.4 Contacts Access

To identify which of your contacts are using BdChat and enable seamless communication, we request access to your device's contact list. This information is used solely to match phone numbers with registered BdChat users and is handled securely.

3.1 Encryption

All communication data (voice, video, and messages) transmitted through BdChat is encrypted using AES-128/256 encryption and secured via token-based authentication through Agora SDK.

While BdChat does not offer end-to-end encryption, data in transit remains secure, non-readable, and inaccessible to unauthorized entities during transmission.

3.2 Server Security

Communication content (voice and video streams) is not permanently stored on our servers. Real-time communication is processed and discarded after transmission.

Account information and activity logs may be retained until you request account deletion, after which data is removed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30-90 days), except where retention is required by law.

BdChat does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third-party marketers.
